Welcome to the last month of 2025!

The dynamic month of December 2025 is characterized by the gradual transition from fiery Sagittarius to the pragmatic earth energy of Capricorn at the end of the month.

The last Full Moon of the year falls on December 4th, 2025; the Full Supermoon at 13°04 in Gemini. This third Supermoon in a row is closest to Earth, making it larger and brighter than usual.
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, is in Scorpio during this Full Supermoon, which brings an excellent sense of timing. A good idea can be turned into something lasting and profitable for 2026 with this Full Supermoon! For more information about this Full Supermoon and its influence on all zodiac signs, see the NEWS section of this website.

From December 4th to 17th, 2025 (peaking on December 13th and 14th), the annual Geminid meteor shower will take place, with up to 150 colorful meteors visible per hour!
These “shooting stars” originate from the asteroid 3200 Phaethon, discovered in 1982.
The Geminids take their name from the constellation Gemini, and in the typically unpredictable style of that sign, these meteors can appear anywhere in the sky.

From December 12th, 2025, to January 1st, 2026, the cosmic messenger Mercury will travel through Sagittarius. This rapid transit can make time seem to pass even faster.

However, the optimistic energy of early December could change, as a tense aspect will arise from December 8 to 14, 2025, due to Mars at 25° in Sagittarius and the conjunction of Saturn and Neptune in Pisces. We should be aware of military conflicts and violent confrontations.

With Mars transiting Sagittarius (foreign countries) until December 15, 2025, we should also be alert to fraudulent transactions, drone sightings, and cyberattacks.

On December 11, 2025, Mercury will be at 29° (anaretic or critical degree) in Scorpio, opposite retrograde Uranus in Taurus. This tense aspect could lead to unrest in the financial sector and the global stock markets.

Retrograde Jupiter in Cancer will square retrograde Chiron/Eris in Aries in December 2025, confronting us with a collective soul wound related to identity, origins, denial, oppression, slavery, and colonization.

Since November 9, 2025, retrograde Uranus, the planet of sudden change and unrest, has returned to Taurus and clashes with Israel’s Mars, meaning that peace in the Middle East is not expected for the time being.

Major unrest may arise in Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq in December 2025.
Unrest with settlers in the West Bank will increase.
A peaceful two-state solution in Gaza seems unlikely; a peace mission to monitor the balance between Arabs and Jews (Pluto) may be launched.

December 2025 could be a crucial month for President Donald Trump.
Retrograde Uranus in Taurus squares his natal Mars in Leo, indicating fierce opposition to his handling of global issues such as combating illegal drugs (Venezuela), organized crime, ICE, and the peace plan for Ukraine.

President Trump (Gemini) has been too lenient in his dealings with Putin (Libra), and the strategic Putin is playing Trump and putting pressure on him.
Retrograde Jupiter in Cancer (expanding) is currently on Putin’s natal Uranus, making him feel super-powerful. Russia will launch missile attacks on Kyiv and other key military targets in Ukraine in December 2025. The more military support NATO provides, the more Russian retaliation can be expected.

It appears that Russia will retain Crimea and the conquered eastern Donbas, while Ukraine will receive NATO protection. NATO will offer Ukraine membership status and security guarantees. With NATO’s protection, Zelenskyy (Aquarius) is less likely to see Russia continue its annexation of territories in Ukraine.

From December 15, 2025, red warrior Mars will travel through earthly Capricorn. Mars wants to move forward, even in difficult times. In Capricorn, Mars is ’in exaltation’, meaning that Mars will act decisively and strategically.
Organization, perseverance, and discipline will be key. Things will come together, because in Capricorn, everything revolves around system, structure, and societal plans in the run-up to 2026.

As a society, we are on the verge of a fundamental shift in our public consciousness, a tipping point, and a reality check.
Astrologically, Saturn and Neptune conjunct in a particular zodiac sign every 36 years, always marking a turning point in history.
In 1917, with the conjunction at 4° of Leo, the Russian Revolution occurred, leading to significant shifts in political power, leadership, and wealth redistribution.
In 1952, with the conjunction at 22° of Libra, the post war reconstruction began and NATO was founded.
In 1989, with the conjunction at 11° of Capricorn, the Berlin Wall fell, bringing an end to the Soviet Union.

With the exact Saturn/Neptune conjunction at 0° of Aries, on February 20, 2026, systemic deficiencies, scarcity, and power imbalances in our society will be clearly visible.

But does this also mean the beginning of a new era, new power dynamics, and new leadership?

The New Moon at 28°25 in Sagittarius on December 20, 2025, is an ideal time for frank conversations to clear up misunderstandings.
However, this New Moon in Sagittarius squares the conjunction of Saturn and Neptune in Pisces. This could lead to confrontations and revelations about fraud and abuse, similar to the Epstein Files being made public.
For more information about this New Moon in Sagittarius and its impact on all zodiac signs, see the NEWS section of this website.

On December 21, 2025, the Sun welcomes Capricorn, marking the beginning of the new astrological year.
The Winter Solstice, which falls on the shortest day and longest night, is the festival of Yule, celebrating the rebirth of the Sun and the return of the Light. This is the first day of Winter for the Northern Hemisphere and the first day of Summer for the Southern Hemisphere.

The annual Ursid meteor shower in the constellation Ursa Minor, originating from comet 8P/Tuttle, accompanies the Sun’s entry into Capricorn on December 22, 2025, marking the beginning of the new astrological year.

Venus follows the Sun and enters earthly Capricorn on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025.

The conjunction of the Sun, Venus, and Mars in Capricorn at the end of December 2025 offers an opportunity to reflect on the year 2025. This is a time to reflect and appreciate what we have built in 2025, both materially and emotionally.

The year 2025 has been challenging, chaotic, and turbulent.
Many of us have experienced losses, whether personal, physical, emotional, financial, professional, or relationship-related.

Many have had to say goodbye, but doors have also opened that would otherwise have remained closed.

For many, it feels like we’ve taken a step backward instead of forward.
We can’t go back, only forward.

The planetary shift of the generational planets Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto signals a collective reset.
The year 2026 brings a fundamental transformation, requiring a balance between bold action and disciplined self-awareness.
The year 2026 invites us to embrace change as we enter a new era.

With deep gratitude for your trust in the past year, I wish all readers a safe New Year’s Eve and an inspiring and loving 2026.

With Love,
